Trust me, i usually distract until floor 13 or 16- But im pretty sure it actually depends on ur luck since i didnt get any twisted pebble in floor 5+ until floor 21-

I remember the one time i was pebbles, i made it fo floor 20 (cheers to the astro and brightney) whilst i distracted a shelly, a pebbles, and a vee..

You can use air horns and pebbles ability on one star stealths.
