Simple to use. Opened the box, unpacked everything, plugged the unit in and started using it. Yes, that simple. And it works perfectly!

The largest I will ever seal is an 8" bag. Will the 8" sealer work or is that not enough wiggle room? Thanks.

Hi there! I'm in the process of packaging a new food product using a heat sealer, but I'm having trouble getting the sealed line to be wide enough for my needs. I'm currently using a basic model and the seal line is only 1-2 mm wide, a very thin line, and even on the lowest setting, it melts through the plastic too quickly, resulting in an untrustworthy seal.
I've considered using a non-stick barrier like Teflon to help spread the heat more evenly, but I'm not sure where to find it or what thickness would be best. Do you have any suggestions or tips on how to achieve a wider seal and one that burns through less quickly with my heat sealer? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
