I sign my papers and luckily with my LYME DRS they’ve all been super understanding and listen to ME. talk to me not just my mom even if I were young. After being diagnosed, not before.

Medical binders with a planner in them are helpful for like lab work, medical records, etc. notes of what they say to do.

For some people caffeine makes headaches worse and for some people it makes it better and I’m one of the people who it helps pain for, so maybe try to keep track of how you feel after drinking it and if it affects you negatively with a headache or something.
