The minister of disaster preparedness only thinks of a tent. Rescue is the only priority required. Tents and food can be offered even by private individuals. You cannot compersate life. Please just resign.
Just ban the polythene bags. Plastic utensils should be separated from household rubbish, then you will have organic rubbish separate. This organic rubbish is easily turned into manure. Rwanda banned plastic bags, but you people just sit in offices and get salaries for nothing. You have to see to it that you always develop but not get salaries just for maintenance. Everybody can maintain, but you have to see to it, that you deserve the salaries you get.

This should not be a blame game.Where were you before? the stancy from the landfill,talk of the contaminated water and environment.All leaders right from LC,2,3,5 are to blame.
