Thanks for the video. Some added suggestions I hope you find helpful are:
    1. After boiling put eggs in cold water for about 10 minutes.
    2. Put drain and place in a container with a lid and shke the up to crack the shells
    3. Put them in cold water again to make sure they are completely cool.
    4. Keep the roller wet.

Thanks for the input, we did put them in an water bucket with ice but it was maybe not that clear how long they stayed there
We where thinking of to keep the rollers under running water but since it´s Chinese electric stuff we did not want to risk anything, but it seems like if the eggs are really wet it is enough for the rollers

@@SwedishQuail No! Please do not do that! 😂 I just dip my fingers in water and let it drip on. Sometimes you just get a hard to peel batch no matter what you do. I have the manual one. There is definitely a learning curve.

Liked your video. Been wondering if we should buy one, we make lots of pickled quail eggs. It seemed to be quick but I see some were damaged, which is normal when the yolk is very close to the shell. Those are almost impossible to get a fully intact egg. Thanks for the video.

You have to stir the eggs gently as they cook to help keep the yoke in the center of the white

Either prop your camera or lay it down
