I absolutely hate that if you blink using s2 and use a basic attack b4 using ult, your ult becomes disabled for some seconds.. who's the genius who designed that knowing that harley's ult has a delay b4 cast. It has cost me so many games

In most situation he does. Valir second skill can thrive him away while hist first skill can stun him. If you matchup against Valir, wait before attacking untill he used his second skill, to increase you chance of succes.
