i have a rule on myself that keeps me from breaking out. It is that, now that i am a Christian I don't payback the violence you sold me unless you reached a certain point on my scale. And this scale has levels so i can decide if its worth dealing with or not. If you have terrible anger issues, try this out. it helps with self-development. :)
Once there was this really rude girl and I'll call her A. So A came up to me and said, "oooohhhh, look its the shy girl. Why don't you ever talk? Youre just to ugly and think ur better than everyone else." I didn't really know what to say so I told her to pls stop. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away but the next week she was talking to another group of brats and I heard her talking bad about my bff. I finally had enough and basically I said that she is a horrible person and just because she has bad grades and a rude group of jerk friends doesn't mean she can talk bad about MY friends. I said said some other things to and let's just say she never talked to me ever again
Today someone was makin jokes of me I was silent until the jokes started getting worse and worse and i stood up and said Wtf is wrong with this b**** Stop it now or I'll make you blue and yep as u thought he don't stop so I stood up got the sh9t Outta him and said "Be Quiet from now on talk less Especially infront of me"and sat on my seat and yep I got in trouble but I taught him a lesson for the rest of his life Never make fun of someone especially those who are silent🗿🔥

There was once a time where in my school was a quiet person so It was lunch and some kids started throwing food at him like crumbs so he was getting pissed off but in a silent way he grabbed a bottle of milk he grabbed it and threw it at the other guy tables and like it exploded and all the kids got mad bc the milk got on their clothes all the quiet kid he said (I hope you learned 🤫)
