Major screening depends on story and how you deliver it and then group discussion primarily….these are major test you need to focus , OIR is just a part of it it’s doesn’t have much weightage for screening.

OIR is the biggest factor in screening, if your OIR is 1 and you get 2 NOs and 1 DOUBTFUL remark from 3 of the assessors, you will be screened in. Not my words, this is explained by Lt Col Ganesh babu your can search about him, he is an ex-GTO.

OIR plays a great role not for stage 1 in stage 2 as well in PiQ form it's written OIR level 1,2,3 the more accurate we get 90%+ in stage 1 screening will be easy(considering Ppdt gd went well)
