Whats the best tent to buy for first time? Can it work with just pop up tents? I have seen people renting popup tents online.
It will be different for every person. If you’re starting with $500 then Popup tents is the only way. If you have more money then frame tents are the way. I do almost everything for a price. I have a form on my website where people can request a quote for ceremony seating.
I factor in delivery costs, exact time costs, setup costs and take down costs. I also tell the client that they need to have a diagram ready so our team know where to put the chairs.
I have taken minimal bookings for this service due to my high charges. But I’d rather not do it as my business time is better optimized for customer pickups hence the high prices.

Where do you get those all terrain carts your using for the chairs?
I get them from Princess auto. In case you’re not in Canada, just Google “pneumatic wheel furniture dolly”.
Chairs and tables that come back dirty do you charge cleaning fee or ?? Thank you.
No, only if they are muddy or really dirty.
It was more annoying when I was smaller and didn’t have a pressure washer setup to clean chairs quickly.

I send reminders to them for pickup so that they arrive on time and are aware they have to be clean:

This is a reminder that you need to return your rentals by DATE. Here is how to do it:
Bring your rentals to our drop off location at ADDRESS . We are open from HOURS. Call us at PHONE NUMBER when you arrive and we will come out to collect your rentals. Please make sure your rentals are clean and free of tape before you return them. This will help us keep them in good condition for the next customer. Rentals that are dirty or have tape on them may incur additional fees. Our cleaning fee starts at $25.00 and may vary depending on the time and products needed to clean the rentals. We will charge the payment to the credit card you used to book the rental.
If you have any questions or concerns about the return, please let us know.

This is a reminder that we will be picking up your rentals.
Here is what you need to know:
IF YOU HAVE SCHEDULED AN EXACT PICKUP TIME: Our driver will arrive at EXACT TIME. Please be ready to greet them and direct them to the rentals.
IF YOU HAVE BOOKED A REGULAR PICKUP WITHIN OUR SCHEDULED ROUTE: We are set to arrive at any time between 7:00AM - 7:00PM to pickup your rentals. Our driver will text you 30 minutes before they arrive. Please make sure your phone is on and that you reply to their message. Please have the rentals in the same place where we dropped them off. Please wipe and stack the rentals before we arrive. This will help us load them quickly and safely. Rentals that are dirty or not stacked may incur additional fees. Our cleaning fee starts at $25.00 and our stacking fee is $10.00 per item. Any fees will be charged to the credit card you used to pay for the rental. You do not have to be around for us to recieve the rentals. However, you will be responsible for the safety of the rentals until our team has officially picked them up. Please ensure that we have access to the rentals when we arrive. If we have to wait for more than 15 minutes, we will charge a labor rate of $25.00 every 15 minutes. This is to avoid delays in our pickup routes. If you have any questions or concerns about the pickup, please text us at NUMBER.

Anyone complain that tables are fold-in-half type vs 1 piece table?
@paulknoblock8797 - We offer both types. That way there is never a complaint. We actually charge more for the fold in half version as it is a space saving version for customer pickups. Customers can pay for the convenience.
