I competed on an elite level until a concussion & 4 surgeries sat me down for 8 years. During that time I got up to 300lbs because I couldn't run or swim. Down 100lbs+ now, I have loose skin and a body that doesn't remotely resemble its previous self. If you're against surgery that's fine simply stop spreading misinformation.

So I decided to lose weight. 5’7 36-30-43 size and I love it 🥰 yes I do get attention, but I don’t even care for , because not all attention is good attention. And I’ve been abstinence since October 2019 by choice. It’s all about a lifestyle.

I love me the way I am, and because God is God there's a guy who will as well...BUT that being said, as we get older the body naturally changes...I have completely honed in on my own health perspective...I eat a whole food diet, I exercise. I've also done Invisalign treatment for my teeth...as we age our teeth naturally shift because of the changes to bone density in our body and among other things, this could cause the teeth to shift and space out...Nothing ages you or runs your look down faster than bad looking teeth. I have changed my skincare routine, and generally pay more attention to and do better in taking care of me... and it shows and I'm satisfied. As a nurse, for ME, I won't do certain things...to each their own, no judgement here, but I'm not going under anesthesia, or inserting anything if it's not absolutely necessary., but if I would pick one thing, it may be lipo...But because of the changes I've already made, I don't really need that either...So, I'll be saving those coins too...🤣😂
