I'm great mate, as soon as mums birthday passed funnily enough my panic attacks have ceased. I now gain strength from the yearly anniversary of her going and on her birthday. Feel pretty damn good and getting on with life, it'll be a busy few months for me now😊

I'm probably about ages with your good self (46) and I totally understand. It changes your whole life top to bottom. Anxiety/Panic attacks are a pain in the padded ass but you always have to say to yourself "I'm fine, it'll pass!!" Try using a brown paper bag and breathe in the air you breathe out, peppermint tea worked for me also with a dash of honey, you have to get use to it but peppermint is a relaxant, it also helps with other things like weight loss and is a suppressant if you feel hungry, helps digest food too!!
