i guess Im randomly asking but does anyone know a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Ryker Jesiah I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
First class demonstration, and clearly an ability to teach. I am very clear about understanding this synth and it will also help with my other synths. Well done
Great video. Watched all 4 of them. I'm new to synth and like everyone i tured knobs to figure things out. Well that didnt take me far. Watching your videos help me understand how to do patches with a better understand on what and why i turn the knobs. Thank you Miguel
Good job. Thank you for putting this out. This is extremely helpful. I also have a Roland System-1 and understanding some of the parts of the synth was a bit difficult ... until I watched your video :-)
Thank you so much. The depth and way you explain where the terms come from. Really helps it go in my brain and remember it. I have played acoustic instruments for most of my adult life and starting to realise that electronic instruments are similar. I look forward to the future when I have got familiar with my synths and can play or m the sounds I want. Cheers man.
Thanks bro. Feels like you made this video for me 😊 I want to start messing around with synths and was even thinking of System-1 to begin. Perfect. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
I am an edm producer and am familiar with synthesis cuz I normally use something like serum. But ima get myself one of these analog synths cuz they look fun as hell
Just got a used System 1 today. Turned it on and it sounded like someone chewing on a mylar ball. Paused the video and copied your settings and boom - problem solved. Now I can learn.
Hi M8. Cheers for the videos on the system 1, I bought the synth, but have been struggling a bit. Just watched your videos, and it all started to make sense. Please do more videos on the system 1, it would be a big help. Cheers pal.....
Another reason for the 64/32/16/8/2 thing is that you need a pipe tube twice as long to get a note one octave deeper. Thus they doubled the length for each octave.
Alex how have you come along since you posted this comment? I’m barely getting into this myself, I just know how to play guitar and bass, but really want to get into electronic music now
Maybe a stupid question. Can I learn to play synth on my own with any tutorials or guides? I have a little experience playing guitar and I guess that counts for almost 0. I have tried to learn many languages. My girlfriend and her family is Chinese (myself European). The words I can learn just by listening to them without any teacher or learning book would probably be around 10. Is it the same if you want to learn to play synth? (For the record I am still learning Chinese and I think I need another year to talk it 60-70 %. Of course less if I moved there.)
Thanks for these amazing video’s. My favorite sounds are string instruments. I’m trying to get amazing string sounds. Can you head me in the right direction for string instruments on the system 1? Thanks
I think I need to just buy a synthesizer and just like play around with it and learn that way. Seems like something ima need to be hands on with the learn better.
The difficult thing for me, though, is understanding the MOD knob. If I set to A.ENV, does that mean only that oscillator goes through the amp envelope? Or do they both still go through it?
I have a Triton Rack. They’re not synthesizers. They’re ROMplers. You can only tweak the sounds they’ve already made for you. You cannot start from scratch
There are affordable, and free, software synthesizers. In fact I know of a program for about 100 that comes with a synth and even video lessons on how to use it.
Korg Volca Keys, a portable analog synth ($170, I think) is very highly rated. If you use an iOS device, there are many high quality synthesizer apps that are $0-30, created by big names like Korg, Moog, Arturia, etc., so you can look there, too.
Well, the video clearly says its for absolute beginners who have no experience at all with synthesizers. For these people, obviously there will be a lot of new terms and basic information that need explaining. If you already have experience with synthesizers, then this video really isn't for you.
Please learn about teaching adults before you try to create another tutorial. This is not a tutorial, all you’re doing is walking us through the keyboard demonstrating each control. That doesn’t help anyone do anything. You should teach how to perform a particular task, such as how to play a scale using reverb, etc.
Your videos are the first ones I watched when I started learning synths 4-5 years ago. It all makes sense now. 🙏🏾
Thank God I found these videos. Straight to the point. Don't have to watch a 3 hour lesson.
why do I watch this, I don't even have a synthesizer
Meeeee tooooo 😂
Because you love Electronic music, Pop and Synthesizers 😂🤷♂️
Same here😅 wish to have some some day
@@yingzhu2806 goals my dude😩
That's probably why
this def deserves more views man. impressively comprehensive
Thanks! Glad its been helpful to you.
Jamin Hanna , haha me too!
Very helpful thanks. And no showing off or “comedy” like usually feature on any music instrument video!
Oh my god, thank you! So helpful to see a synth tutorial that's about practical usage and rather going straight to theory!!
Damn this synth is beautiful.
You even explained the 64, 32, 16, etc. from church organs, and you did it simply and succinctly. I think I'm in love with you and I'm not even gay.
i guess Im randomly asking but does anyone know a tool to log back into an instagram account..?
I was stupid forgot my password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Enrique Benson instablaster :)
@Ryker Jesiah I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now.

@Ryker Jesiah it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thank you so much you saved my account!
@Enrique Benson No problem :)
Well done fella - perfect for beginners like me and nothing out there like it - keep going!!
THAT SYNTH LOOKS SO PRETTY
First class demonstration, and clearly an ability to teach. I am very clear about understanding this synth and it will also help with my other synths. Well done
I could watch your videos all the time
dude that's a beautiful synth
Best synth instruction video out there
Absolutely amazing series. I’d highly recommend this to anyone trying to get started with synths.
Great video. Watched all 4 of them. I'm new to synth and like everyone i tured knobs to figure things out. Well that didnt take me far. Watching your videos help me understand how to do patches with a better understand on what and why i turn the knobs.

Also very helpful for FL studio, thank you!
Thank you for your excellent and brilliant tutorials.
Thanks!
Would love to see an advanced tutorial on things like modulation and envelopes.
Thanks Mark, I talk about the Filter and Amp envelopes in Parts II and III if you get a chance to check them out!
Thanks so much! Gonna watch part 2-4 now. Really well explained!
Thank you so much. The depth and way you explain where the terms come from. Really helps it go in my brain and remember it. Thank you! Really glad it was useful to you :)
Thanks bro. Feels like you made this video for me 😊 I want to start messing around with synths and was even thinking of System-1 to begin. Perfect. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
Finally I understood how they make buzzers.
Excellent video mate. You know your stuff 👍👍👍
WOW cool. Found you tonight while poking around. Why did it take me so long to find you. Crazy RUclips...
I would love to get this sweet heart of gold synthesizer and play it forever.
thank you thank you thank you. this is so good
New to channel and genre. Excellent content. Helping newbies to the game.. 👍
Thank you! Yeah the aim is to help out people new to synths to get started so glad it was useful.
Very nice introduction 👍🏼
thanks a lot! learned something :D totally new in making music and synths just bought a novation mono station :)
Thank you, this was very helpful
man. awesome vid. thanks so much.
Great video mate
Fabulous intro for a n00b!
Great video.
Thanks. I have a korg poly 6 and I never really understood the basics of the sound.
Am I the only one who heard a potential song just out of this tutorial? Lol
I did! Lol
Thank you very help
Thank-you very much!
Thank you!
Hi...excelent explanation!
I loved this synth, amazing! which plugin do you use to work in ableton?
Can I use Sylenth with this synth?
THANK YOU!
I am an edm producer and am familiar with synthesis cuz I normally use something like serum. But ima get myself one of these analog synths cuz they look fun as hell

*THICC SOUNDS*
Hi M8.
Cheers for the videos on the system 1, I bought the synth, but have been struggling a bit.

Great video but could you please make one where create a new sound to the capability of the synth
5:03 The Pokemon sound that happens when you open your Dex (probably) in a gen3 game (also probably lol)......
can you get a low end bass from this synth ?
Cool!
Hey I’m pretty new to synths do I need a computer for this or do I just plug it into an amp?
I need a tutorial on setting up an oscillator. I cannot hear my synth. I am completely new to synthesizer scene.
Alex how have you come along since you posted this comment? I’m barely getting into this myself, I just know how to play guitar and bass, but really want to get into electronic music now
thanks man!
No problem!

I just have one lying around here. Time to actually use it 😎
Thank youuuuuuuu
Thanks for these amazing video’s. My favorite sounds are string instruments. I’m trying to get amazing string sounds. Can you head me in the right direction for string instruments on the system 1? Thanks
DJ Monologue does Pianos count as a string instrument
I think I need to just buy a synthesizer and just like play around with it and learn that way. Seems like something ima need to be hands on with the learn better.

What do you think synth vst is good for beginner?
Are those same things in all synthesizers?
🔥🎹
I got the System 8. The only thing I wish is that the 8 had a scatter effect
Hey do I need a computer for this or can I just plug this into an amp
question: does korg triton Le has true oscillators and lfos. to me it doesnt change shape that I want like sweeping, filters, rez
I have a Triton Rack. They’re not synthesizers. They’re ROMplers. You can only tweak the sounds they’ve already made for you. You cannot start from scratch
Only one question can it make van Halen sounds
What daw can be used?
PRAISE jESUS !!
i think i might by a system1 just to follow along lolol
double the frequency=octave up
The knob is pitch bend, noted but the dial on the knob is useless right. . .for most instences
Its used for selecting different types of scatter for the arpeggiator.
$500 synths arent relatively affordable for me, any good sub $200 synths?
There are affordable, and free, software synthesizers. In fact I know of a program for about 100 that comes with a synth and even video lessons on how to use it.
What is the name?
Little late, but you can buy used synthesizers. I bought the roland system 1 for 300 euro, normally it cost around 500.
Korg Volca Keys, a portable analog synth ($170, I think) is very highly rated. If you use an iOS device, there are many high quality synthesizer apps that are $0-30, created by big names like Korg, Moog, Arturia, etc., so you can look there, too.
There are a whole range of Korg Volca devices. Most are analog. All less than 200 I believe
Anyone else notice there’s only one cable coming out the back of that machine?
do synthesizer needs to be connected to a software on a computer??
no they work straight out the box, although you can use it as midi to control an instrument on a computer
Nothing about Mod? ;.(
The super just sounds like unison
Do I need an amp? If so what kind?
You just need a headphone or a pair of speakers.
Needs more lights lol
Fuck play the synth man!!
Analog synthesizers are so much nicer.
damn¡ i need a synth :{
I have a blue one
I'm watching on my phone and the lowest notes I don't rear at all
Turn the knobs until you have the sound you want, easy.
All this talk of 64 and 32 inch pipe is making it hard to focus....
You can use that thing in a dentist practise. Don't know what for... Ah! YES! to amuse the patients!
this is great but i resent you slightly for having the opportunity to name this video "oscillation station" and didn't
Why am I watching this, I’m a bass player
Juan Cena 🅱️🅰️ss
Lol no it’s 🅱️Ass
Dude, the System-1 is not even close to being a starter synth, what the hell are you on about!!? 😐
I came for an explanation of the cross mod!
DISAPOIIIIIIIIIIIIIINTEEEEEEEEEEEEEED
Bla bla bla bla bla
how can you talk so much and say so little
Well, the video clearly says its for absolute beginners who have no experience at all with synthesizers. For these people, obviously there will be a lot of new terms and basic information that need explaining. If you already have experience with synthesizers, then this video really isn't for you.
Great tutorial but this is the most ugly synth ever made. Latest Roland series will probably be famous design pieces in 2050 tho
Please learn about teaching adults before you try to create another tutorial. This is not a tutorial, all you’re doing is walking us through the keyboard demonstrating each control. That doesn’t help anyone do anything. You should teach how to perform a particular task, such as how to play a scale using reverb, etc.
Why don't you do it.
You need to work on not saying "ah" & "em"
Thank you!
