The reason why Gura is really high up in the polls for the messiest room is because of the raw egg incident, her knocking cans of red bull on her desk during streams, leaving her half eaten birthday cake in the fridge for almost half a year to the point the icing became crusted same with the soup she made, clothes lying on her floor, and not cleaning the broken glass near her table for 3 days because it doesnt bother her. But the good thing is, she said that the mess in her room isnt in the biological level anymore....

I was commenting this on the original stream too, but Fauna won with an overwhelming majority.
Her vote count is at 16 200, while everyone else's combined amount was like 10 600.
Damn. So not only did she have the plurality, she had a majority, with a large margin too. Over 60% preferred her.

Besides, she is the QUINTISSENTIAL "embarrass your children when you're in public" character, even when she's not trying to. Cheering for the Minions ride certainly comes to mind.
(Heck, I've even had a dream where my mother just spontaneously got REPLACED by Kiara near the end.)

I've followed Hololive for only about a month but even I already know that Gura leaves broken dishes on her floor, leaves dishes in the sink (for weeks), and constantly has a cluttered desk.

I can see why some folks voted the way they did. Despite knowing what Ina can be like, I also know Gura is an absolute gremlin and I can see there being similarities between her and a particular Yabbit. If anything, HoloLive has mellowed the shark out some, what with there being a limit to just how gremlin she can really get.
As for Fauna, it's probably the gap that would cause; similar to Umaru. She presents as nice and prim, but in secret, she's a bit of a goblin. I think a lot of people do this ourselves to one degree or another too, which adds some credibility to the idea. Like, you might have a weekend where you skip a shower, throw on whatever does the job and be lazy, because fuck it.

Tbf they may have put more thought into the question than others for instance because if you dig there are some good reason.
1. Has the most money (Because she's the most popular).
2. She wouldn't ever tell you to clean up your room and generally feels like she'd be more of a relaxed parent. Which doesn't necessarily mean she be a good parent but that's technically a different question.
3. If you were genetically descendent, instead of adopted, you would live thousands of years and be able to breath underwater which is like instant job. Of course others would also have advantages presumably other than calli because she became special after death.
But yeah even after thinking about it Fauna would be my choice.

For some reason I wouldn't think Gura would have a messy room. Yes, her room would have some random things in, there is no doubt about that and weird stories behind them and gamer crust and such, but overall with how "neurotic" (a little too strong of a word, but at the lack of a better term) she is, I think she might keep an ok room in terms of overall clutter... though idk.
Ina though, yeah I can believe it. She's just the kinda "don't worry about it" person to believe it :D Like I can imagine that her room has a very clear order in the disorder... that if anyone would suddenly clean her room, she'd no longer find anything.
