It makes sense that they would have killed the Mr. Small, their dialogue makes it clear that he had something to do with it, oh at least they met before.

So,it means Mr.Small saving Tobias was pointless,he still got corrupted-
Child go to pee, but find teacher and principal dead, another teacher joins and dies almost immediately, child loses control and go bye bye.
I summarized this song in a few phrases
So I’m assuming from Ms Simmions’ line, “I’ll finish the job,” at some point a corrupted attacked and injured Mr Little (Mr Small) then when she said, “I’ll finish the job,” she attacked and killed him, finishing the job the first corrupted person tried when they attempted to kill Mr Little

Also theory time. Since the void and the darkness are fighting for control of the show, with the void keeping the shows rules in check, the fact that they KILLED Mr. Smalls shows that the darkness is already beginning to overpower the void. I think by the end of the act the darkness will completely over power the void, but who really knows?
It's a theory but director brown may have some conscience because he grabs simian to prevent her from attacking a person.
I thought it was just too look creepy but that's a good theory
Or maybe he's trying to shub her out the way so he can get to tobias first
I get they sometimes only have vague of a consciousness, but it's most likely that his hand being on her head is meant to represent their relationship. Not him trying to stop her

apparently it started in the prison, spread to the streets, then act 1&2 happened. I think principal brown & Mrs Simeon got corrupted a bit before act 1, as hinted in fact 4. Somehow they haven’t encountered the classroom, where the students are.
so they got sent to school before the darkness came, yay!!!

Mr. Small was probably the last teacher to survive as the dialogue hints at them aiming for small. Also Tobias probably got cocky so he left the room with the students in it to face Brown and simmion. And with Nicole on her way to the school maybe we might see some kids make it out or they will all fall to their teachers and Tobias
Also I think Anais is corrupted along with Tina they both just feel like early kills. Gumball and Darwin are probably sticking together trying to find some way out of this like they always do. I doubt they are in the room with all the kids
