i dont think its a bad thing. some shows really beat a dead horse. I think it's cool that they're trying something new and evolving the show. And its all the same actors that made the first two season's great. They could have gone the skins route, kept it in highschool with a whole new cast after the others have graduated, or they could have stuck with the og cast in adulthood. I'm happy they chose the second option and I can't wait to watch this. It looks like it'll be just as campy and gritty as the first two seasons.

She didn't! Barbie was never asked back. Barbie, the writers, and the producers... they felt like her storyline was done, in season two. Katherine's not in season 3 or even mentioned. But she should've been by Levison. He had forgotten all about her as a main character from the first two seasons. That upset me and really pissed me off! She's just as equally important as the other girls' storylines.
But I felt like revealing to you guys, what happened to Kat and to her life, after high school/for the time jump, would give you and us fans, some sort of closure and peace of mind. They chose a completely different camera and film stock for season 3 vs what was used for season 2. Season 1 was filmed digitally. The film stock for season 2 required extra post processing that made it very time consuming

It’s so vintage it was actually discontinued for 35mm film cameras. Production managed to get Kodak to reopen their manufacturing plant for ektachrome 35mm specifically for use on euphoria season 2
