I have the following problem with Research Gate, I changed the laptops and had to log in again. Most probably I logged in too many times with a wrong password and it blocked my account. I tried to contact them but there is no help desk or anything like this. Now I have an account but I cannot do anything with it. Can you advise me on what to do?
