I do think Fez's win will impact on Bryoni, but that is ok. Bryoni has worked her butt off the past year and she will come back and plough more into the SA community with her legal cause. That's good enough! We can't and don't have to win all the pageants. I will just be happy if Bryoni makes Top 5 or even Top 10. Dr Fezile totally deserved the win, and anybody saying it's just because he's black is really racist, and has no idea how hard he worked and where he comes from. He broke the stereotypical mould at Mr Supra, and that was long overdue.

And not only is he the 1st black Mr Supranational, he is also the 1st ever black winner in any male international pageant. So, his win is huge for us and could open doors for so many African black men because of him they will now be recognized. We are beaming with pride🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
The show itself was awesome. Exciting that South Africa won. I think the other male pageants can pay attention to how Supranational does it ... there was not a speedo in sight. The quality of the participants was outstanding.
I agree with you Rina. I hope Bry will be honoured for all her hard work she has put into representing SA internationally. She had done such an amazing job, as has Natasha with the Miss SA crown. The work the two of them has out into their year is amazing. This is possibly the best top 2 Miss SA has produced.

Thanks very much for your take on the differences between the two editions of the pageants. Sometimes I don’t know what to look for in a male pageant. Should the judging criteria be based on smarts (South Africa, Germany, etc.), physique (muscular/lean body like Haiti), physical proportions, boyish charm (Poland/Brazil), or the contestant’s ability to look good in a suit? It disconcerting to see men prancing around as if they should be competing with the women. I’m inclined to favor intelligence so if the person is a persuasive speaker, and/or has academic success, he should be recognized. Venezuela took himself way too seriously.
I dont think he is a sore loser, he just struggled to hide his disappointment. I think his problem was he was convinced he had this in the bag and failed to show much personality and intensity during the various segments of the night. Nevertheless, glad the strongest person on the night won.

Fezile was 1 RU at Mr World a few years back. He's, handsome, a charmer, smart, and an all round winner. Anyone who argues his win is just jealous.
Fezile was not the only black guy, if they claiming he won because he is black why didnt the other black guys win then!
