Right cause from the clip it seems really sweet. Fingers crossed that it aged decently.
Diphylleia Peony It’s rude to assume that there weren’t Koreans at this time who didn’t know that transphobia was wrong.
These titles always drag me in
So she was a he when the kid was conceived?
yes it was before she transitioned into a woman :)
Nop
@@vanillaar655 That means she wasn't disgusted while using her male part? I thought that trans people have body dismorphia
@@everythingsfinett3903 they do but its different for everyone. Alot of trans people just do it no matter how bad it feels for them to fit in the societal norm.
@@everythingsfinett3903 prob not. not all transgenders get surgery to change their sexual parts. for many its enough to dress the way they desire and be referred to their preferred gender.
The kid's reason got me crying.

It's a different concept...like it
woah
A k-drama with no extra behaviour or chaotic drama..
At 6.26 the guy said, "l swear l have a couple out there that l forgot about" had me laughing bcoz it means he too has been sleeping around and might have the same problem she has in future.
I still remember i watch this movie long years ago..its so beautiful storyline..heroin is so pretty

I thought they would have Harisu play this 😂 She would be awesome in it
This movie was 10 years ago.
@@randomkiki2699 Harisu's first movie was in 2004, and she had already transitioned then so she could have done it.
Daam. That trans woman looks way better than me! I know shes really a she, but wow
Shes is a lot of great movies.
I don't know why you had to put the trans there, a woman is a woman and it doesn't matter if they were born genetically male, they're prettier just because they are. It's like saying a girl is good at a sport for a girl, it makes it seem like just because they are a girl, trans, ECT that it's harder to be something. The actor may not actually be trans, but a woman can be prettier than you just because she prettier than you and it isn't any harder just because a person's trans.
@@dogberry7011 most trans women actually have to get multiple surgeries to look prettier. Most still look fairly masculine. I've only seen a few trans women who didn't look like men before they transitioned.
The actress is a real woman. Lol
@@dogberry7011 "a woman is a woman and it doesn't matter if they were born genetically male"
NO , male cant become women just by saying . you cant change biology .
"It's like saying a girl is good at a sport for a girl"
which is true , girls is much weaker on average than boys .
"it isn't any harder just because a person's trans"
NO , it is harder , because transwomen are male , they have high testosterone and muscline feature .
I would have enjoyed it more if they had used a real transwoman. I guest it would not have been possible to do in Korea. The storyline is good though
This was 10 years ago, times weren’t as progressive like now even so, this is an amazing movie!
@@Sabrina-vc9yt well that's because transwomem are women not men
@@shinae4853 You weren't very helpful.
There are not that many transwomen in korea and they have to know how to act. And from that nonexistent pool, actor/actress has to have a brand power so people would watch it and so that companies would fund the movie.
I think you are asking a bit too much.
My question is, Does Korea had transwoman actress back in 2010?? In a movie all you need is actor / actress that can act and become one with their "character"
If the director randomly hire a transwoman that can not act at all it will ruin the whole movie 🤦♀️
That leap at 6:02 😂😂😂

I might try watching asian dramas and
I couldn't pictured how they interact with each other
The main lead reminds me a bit of a korean Ashley Judd.
That's some of the best crying I've ever seen!
This is basically a Korean friendly VERSION of the movie ‘TRANSAMERICA’ (2005), . 😂 Ppl talking about this is ahead of its time. 🤣 Y’all must be Generation Z ☠️ If you are truly well versed in pop culture you’d realize a lot of Korean pop/movie culture recycles a lot of things from other pop cultures particularly in the West and just revamps it to make it Korean culture friendly. Which is not a bad thing, but calling them innovative it a stretch. This is probably gonna offend a lot of koreaboos 😬
Where can I watch it complete?
Man this was made in 2010😲 wow modern movies could never.
I like the lgbtq genre and if you want to watch a movie look for the older ones as they usely have an amazing plot and astedics and if you want to watch a show check out the modern ones (mostly thai and European ones) as they have the drama and plot
I am just wondering how these channels don't get copyright strike for using much longer video clips than we use🤔

It's such a naive but sweet story like honestly growing up with out a father is different for everyone if the kid never knew his dad from the beginning it's kinda werid for him to expect some day the father will come back and live happily ever after but yes I understand everyone is raised differently some have more anger and some more hope that there are happily ever afters. And maybe that's why the kid is so annoying to me
