V Cone Blender designed for rapid mixing of powder substances on low speed rotations. Two V shaped cylindrical joined together at 75°C to 90° position. Due to V type design homogeneous mixing performs for even hard to mix materials. The conical “V” shaped allows shear generation without attrition and particle regeneration which leads to lesser blending time.
V Cone Mixer is having usage in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industry. We manufacture V Cone Blender Machine in capacity ranging from 5 Liters to 5000 Liters in SS 304 and SS 316 materials. We produce machine as per our standard GMP models or as per customer's requirements.
