But you are right, now we have seen more of Shanks, specially in the manga, but was I was refering to is the fact that for as long as Im aware Shanks had a moveset before the manga showed him fighting. Still, I might be wrong about that as well, I didnt personally do the research but I think I have seen Shanks and Kaido in the game before they were shown fighting in the manga.
