THIS VIDEO IS INTENDED FOR ADULTS.
Those are beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
I was watching because I have 2 tumblers that were painted by a child with acrylic paint & I need to epoxy them so I was trying to make sure the acrylic paint isn't going to smear or anything when I do the epoxy. Your video didn't show that part but I watched the whole video & very much enjoyed it anyway! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
I love how I get to learn so many different types of things from your videos.
They both came out incredibly beautiful!❤️
I love the colors! And the result for both is beautiful 😍
I was very happy to see all of the green. It's my favorite color. Beautiful!
Awesome. I love how you always use a canvas to catch the paint. Thanks for sharing.
Green is my favourite color, love the green you made. Tumbler is perfect. Agree with you, might be a little heavy on the green for the canvas, but that still leaves it practically perfect.
Love these Peices. Would also love to see more of these tumbler videos and resin videos!
Both pieces came out amazing!!
I love those colors together!
This is awesome. The canvas reminds me of Van Gogh’s Irises. Beautiful!!
💚 love green! Both look great!
these colours are GREAT! love it! green is my favourite and yet seems to be overlooked lol
PERFECT GREEN, I LOVE IT❤❤❤😊😊😊
Wow! How cool is that?! I’ve never seen that before... thanks for the introduction 🤗
Green is my favorite color so I love these!
That painting! Wow! I just love it. I'm not a green type of person either, but that is just beautiful! I love the tumbler as well, but boy oh boy that painting. ❤️
The tumbler is so cool. I like the green. To bad the bronze disappeared. Love them both. Thanks.
😊🎨🌺🎨😊
Awsome! I love all the different techniques you try out! 😁
This was completely new for me as well. Beautiful!
Its a great idea MMG I did the same thing with coffee cans (tins with lids) and made money boxes for my grandies. Didnt think to put a canvas underneath great idea.👍🤗
I'm not a big fan of green generally, but I really like the green you made and the way this turned out! Beautiful!
The green is beautiful!
So pretty!! Love it!
Amazing! Really gorgeous!
Loved that painting!! Fun cup!
Those turned out lovely!! 💚💙
Very pretty!!
Very pretty what a duo 👍🏼💜💕
Loving the green!
Love the colors!
Hi, I love your work. I’m new to acrylic pouring and loving it. I was wondering what is the best epoxy to use on a mug that I have done a pour onto that will be food safe. Thank you for all your videos x
Will the paint not come out? Or affect on a resin coating on any way?
Love to see more cup turning!! Thank you
Love your work. What other kind of turner do you recommend since amazon are out of these and they don't know when or if they will be getting more?
How did you get it so shiny? Did you add the Epoxy to the paint, the video doesn’t show that? It looks amazing!!!
Both came out Great!
James
Wow!!! That’s awesome
Just watched your video
Had to try it I love doing the dirty pours like this
I have a thought and am wondering if it is a good idea. I was thinking of tilting the turner and pour while the cup is soo if so the paint will run down the cup. ( I haven’t bought my cup turner yet.)
I have learned multi surface paint doesn’t need to be sealed. It can be either bake cured or wait cured, and that paint will not budge.
I always worry about wasting paint, but the canvas under the cup is a genius idea!
Beautiful!
So how did you prep the cup? Just used acrylic paint poured in a clip onto cup and canvas? Then epoxy. Very cool
Love your tutorial, but mine didn't come out smooth all the way around, the paint didn't roll as much in some places, what can I do to smooth them out. before I apply the epoxy.
Hello. Love your videos. Why do you sand the tumbler? Is it necessary?
Do u have to use just regular acrylic paint or special paint for pouring on cup
I really want to give this a try......I love your paint pouring videos and have learned so much. This may seem like a silly question but.....once I resin the tumbler is it ok to use it for hot coffee? I'm assuming it's ok but I just have to ask. Thanks so much.❤
Awesome love it
Nice colours 😊
Are you using acrylic paint and if so how do you get it ready to pour do you mix it with water
Thank you for the video. How long do you keep the Tumblr on?
Until it's dry
Love the effect on the canvas. And, the colors remind me of a Van Gogh painting!
Do you pour on the bottom of the cup? If not how do you clean it up and clean the top also to look professional? Maybe a little video of that unless you have one. If so can you give the link?
I know it's not as strong/Sturdy but could you use polyccrylic or a varnish? Also how long do you leave the cup on the spinner before taking it off?
What did you do with top? I made one few days ago. I had enough paint to cover the top but I didn’t know how to make sure that paint get in the straw hole.
When you say premixed epoxy.. did you premix before filming or did you purchase it premixed? Having a hard time finding premixed epoxy...only see A & B combos
I mixed it before the video
Great video! Do you resin the canvas?
That canvas reminds me of Monet's garden painting!!
I have attempted this process and I have noticed that all of mine have a huge glob right before the base of the cup not sure what I did incorrectly. I also noticed that maybe I am not using enough acrylic because I have to make more to finish covering the cup. Please help!!
I like the impressionist colors.
I have a cup that no paint got on the rim of my cup. My paint was mixed with epoxy. It is all cured. Can I go back and add paint around the rim and then epoxy the cup or will it mess it up?
I live both the cup and the canvas. Would it be possible to do an old glass coffee jar on the turner?
That is awesome
Is the paint mixed with any other medium?
how did you get your paint so thin? Mine was really thick
If you have air bubbles in your paint how do you get them out before you epoxy?
On the canvas, the edges look like the paint sort of disappeared. I’m very new at pouring but this has happened to me. The paint in the middle looks great but the edges look pale and dry. How do you fix that? Also, so you resin coat your canvases after the pour dries? Thanks.
You can use a bit more paint on the canvas to help keep the edges from looking so thin.
The canvas, you can resin coat it if you decide, but you can also seal with a clear spray paint or varnish or a brush on varnish. I would definitely seal the tumbler with resin though for longevity and durability.
Do u add the resin to the paint and then put it on the cup?
How much paint do you suggest for pours like this? & if you do this with resin, how much do you use if your tray holds 8oz?
I use approximately 1 ounce of paint for every 16 square inches of canvas, for a resin pour it would be however much you need for the mold you're using.
@@MixedMediaGirl thank you!
beautiful
How do you keep the paint from peeling off the tumbler?
Epoxy
Do you sand your tumblers when you use this method or you just clean it with alcohol
She said at the beginning that she sanded the tumbler.
After you do your paint pouring design can you put a name with vinyl then seal it?
That's exactly what I was checking comments for.. did you get a reply?
can you use the art coat to seal or should you use the exoxy?
How long was it on the tumbler
How long did it take to dry?
So how do you finish the rim of the tumbler?
What did you do with the lid? Leave it unpainted?
Yes, I leave it unpainted. :)
That canvas looks like a blend of Munch’s & Van Gogh’s brush work.
Very nice! Thank-you
I know how to calculate how much paint you need for a canvas. how do you figure out how much to use for a project like this?
But I lightly sand it like your suppose to and I did it like this and I epoxy it and now it won’t to chip at rim and at edge before bottom
Do you sell the canvas, if so, how much?
Typically there are various factors in cure time, but my question is : Say all climate is spot on where it should be what is the epoxy art coat dry time on a tumbler, I been using the one for the counter tops and it takes so long to cure? Can ya help a girl out?
It depends on the resin really, but for the stone coat countertops epoxy I'd say dry to the touch in 12-16 hours
@@MixedMediaGirl that is the art coat one?
I've probably missed the video but how would I pour on a tumbler without the machine you use?
Here you go ruclips.net/video/Glqa8Fabe5k/видео.html
@@MixedMediaGirl thanks!
I’m early!! This was so so cool!
❤️
It hear are all the acrylic paints
Those colours remind me of a painting, I think it was Monet. Probably wrong.
Thanks it’s his mom
It’s me gg
Kinda spaceish with the focus on green.
Am I the only one that think the canvas looks like it has peacock feathers??
see a lot of aliens faces “entities” on the green canvas.
