Hello!! I know on the lease agreement it lists everything that comes in the apartment (I’m not sure if it varies based off of what layout you have!). For my 2x2 it came with all the furniture I showed in the living room and bedroom. For the kitchen it came with basic cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and 2 pots and 2 pans. I would definitely advise getting your own cooking supplies if possible the ones provided aren’t the best. You unfortunately are not able to ship items ahead of time to the apartment/location. You’ll get you’ll specific shipping address when you move into your apartment. I hope this helps!
Yes! You can apply up to two years post college graduation last I understood (I’m not sure if this was due to the pandemic or if this was always a rule) but I just graduated in May :)
