Add plyometrics and core work into your workouts it will help you become faster and stronger as plyometrics focus on jumping a lot and running is just hopping quickly so that on way to get faster and core helps with stability so you won't get knocked of the ball easily

They do plyometrics at the academy calm down guys he is specifically working on his chest at home so he can get stronger and look better as he is growing
if you tryna become stronger and gain strength but not look physically big or bulky then do 6 reps, 6 reps is an ideal rep range for strength and if your gonna do 6 reps then reduce the sets, at least do 3 sets at max and find a perfect weight that you are able to do for 6 reps, anything between 8-12 rep rep range is hypertrophy range, meaning your gonna gain muscle mass/ muscle also meaning you are gonna look big.
and another tip if you're gonna dp bicep curls with EZ bar then you shouldn't do it up against the wall as you're not using your core strength which is where your stability comes from, so in future i advise u to not do bicep curls against the wall. if you dont do it against the wall then you'll get better balance and core strength
when you use dumbbells, i suggest for now u go low weight until you can master the control of the dumbbells. you look a bit shaky when doing exercises with them, control is the most important thing
