Im wondering can brain damage be caused by mild repeated hits to the head particularly if they only cause a headache and irritability and sometimes not thinking right
I'd say most likely 😢I hit my head very hard in the shower once many years after id taken Very good acid/lsd and it stirred up the residue and really sent me in a psychotic episode for nearly 10 years straight, not fun
@vanxkren5636 Yes, repeated mild hits to the head, even if they only cause headaches, irritability, or confusion, can potentially lead to cumulative brain damage over time. This is especially true in cases of repeated concussions or sub-concussive impacts, which may not result in immediate severe symptoms but can still cause changes in brain function. Conditions like chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) have been linked to repeated head trauma, even if the individual injuries seemed mild. If you’re concerned about head impacts, it’s important to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and care.
@@vanxkren5636 In my humble opinion, it truly depends on the person first and foremost... their "medical history", age, overall health + current conditions, their genetic makeup(such as any inherited diseases that cause issues) etc etc. The next significant factors are: WHERE the head was hit(what part of the brain, if any was most likely affected/was definitely affected)... On what object(was it flat.. sharp and pointy? A foam block at yoga class? Or a brick wall in a bathroom bar when you were pulling your pants up etc) and how hard the force was when the impact(hit) happened...like was it a slow and wobbly hit? Or fast and direct hit? ... because interestingly enough, a person CAN get a concussion WITHOUT hitting their head on ANYTHING. ie: a person who goes through extreme "whiplash" can self concuss.... like for example, this is how shaken baby syndrome happens... the baby doesnt have to actually be hit to die... or another big one is if someone is in a car accident, but doesn't even actually hit ther head on anything, the force and impact that they are a "part of" can cause them to get a concussion from how their brain "moves around" in their own head... to put it in the easiest/most simple terms, your skull can baaasically give your brain a concussion when/if any human(living being) gets shaken around "enough"....like there is a lot more to it, but that is the easiest way to get across what im trying to say... although how much every individual person can endure of this "shaking" before showing any signs of it having happened(including death) is a totally different thing + conversation though.. Not sure how/why I felt so inclined to leave this long winded comment 😂 But I digress... Generally speaking, I tell everyone i talk to: if you feel like something is wrong, it is!! It doesn't matter what you're feeling "off" about... if + when you feel that way, you NEED to figure out why regardless!! Don't be gaslit into thinking you don't know when something is wrong in your own body.. Fucking PERIOD. Advocate for yourself and what you need done! Teach your children to advocate for themselves too!! Because the systemS as THEY stand will not advocate for ANY of us! What is truly wrong certainly might NOT be what you think is wrong, BUT you ARE feeling off for some reason! Might be brain damage, might not be... but just because someone has brain damage, doesn't mean that person is "brain damaged".... a lot of damage can "go away" /be worked through! And a lot of damage is barely even noticeable unless/until more damage happens. But i will say that brain damage can/will/does happen a lot more commonly and frequently than most people currently believe, I think.... So of course we should be cautious when and if we can! But that doesn't mean that every single time we get a headache it means that "we gave ourself a concussion" or that we "have a brain tumor" etc. Corelation doesn't equal causation. Everything IS connected in some way, but just because something is a more apparent connection, it doesn't mean it is the causing factor in why you feel the way you feel. TLDR: I think every adult should have a symptom journal for when they get sick/don't feel right. Not just symptoms you are feeling, but what was going on around that time! Be sure to write down what you did/ate etc around the time the symptoms arose... also time of day and your mood /stress level before the symptoms came about.. any detail you can think of that even miiight be helpful for future you. Emotional issues? Something pissing you off? Job issues? Money issues etc. Write it down. Sometimes getting it out is all we needed to feel better because we are feeling physically what is eating away at us emotionally... But sometimes, there IS something wrong and doing this WILL help you narrow down what the problem that needs to be treated is! ❤ P.s. to anyone /everyone: You NEED to find a doctor who wants to find the CAUSE of the symptoms you are experiencing!!! And NOT a doctor who just wants to "treat"( aka MASK!) The symptoms you are experiencing!! Also, I implore anyone to look up the flexner report of 1910. We have ALL been lied to about what is good + bad for us. ❤✊️
I mean... hypothetically it COULD... lol.. but the chances of a self concussion in THIS specific and broad instance are VERY VERY VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY small imho... and there would have to be a lot of particular factors to make this happen in the first place just from you shaking water off your head.. Shake away!!... just don't hit your head on anything else when you do!! 😂❤.
@ValentinaKajcinovska Yes, cirrhosis of the liver can cause brain damage. This condition, known as **hepatic encephalopathy**, occurs when the liver becomes too damaged to filter toxins from the blood effectively. These toxins, such as ammonia, can accumulate and affect brain function, leading to symptoms like confusion, memory loss, difficulty concentrating, personality changes, and in severe cases, coma or brain damage. It’s essential to manage liver health and consult a healthcare provider to prevent complications like this.
@Johnnyjoestarthereal Yes, eating disorders can potentially cause brain damage, especially if they lead to severe malnutrition or prolonged deficiencies in essential nutrients. Malnutrition affects the brain's structure and function, leading to cognitive impairments, memory issues, and even long-term damage if not addressed. Conditions like anorexia nervosa, for example, can reduce brain volume and impair cognitive functions. Early intervention and proper nutritional support are crucial to minimize the risk of lasting brain damage.
Hi sir mere hubby ka last year accident ho gaya tha unke brain mei clotes bn gye the clotes ki report to thik aa gyi thi bd mei bt isi doran unko cardiac arrest aa gya jisne unke dimag tk oxgen nhi pohnche di or unke brain k cell damage ho gye kya vo kabhi puri tarah thik ho paayega plss plsss rply
@jatinderkaur8469 Mujhe aapke husband ke health situation ke baare mei sun kar bahut afsos hua. Brain cells ka damage hona ek serious baat hai, aur puri recovery ki sambhavna patient ki condition, treatment, aur rehabilitation pe depend karti hai. Cardiac arrest ke baad brain ko oxygen na milne se jo damage hua hai, uska recovery process slow ho sakta hai, aur kabhi-kabhi puri tarah se thik hona mushkil hota hai. Lekin rehabilitation, physiotherapy, aur specialist doctor ki madad se improvement zaroor ho sakta hai. Aapko specialist neurologist se continuous consultation karte rehna chahiye.
@Sukhi-h8u Aapka anubhav sun kar accha laga! Planet Ayurveda ke treatments kaafi logon ko fayda dete hain, aur yeh bahut prerna dene wali baat hai ki aapne brain ki samasyaon ke liye unki madad li. Aise holistic approaches kai baar mental health aur overall well-being ko sudharne mein madadgar hote hain. Agar aap aur bhi tips ya insights share karna chahte hain, toh zaroor karein! Aapka dhanyavaad is information ko saath dene ke liye! 🌼✨
