I started meditating after I was in a very depressive state (suicidal tendencies were common). Now, after 2 years of continuous meditation, I am a different person now! Thanks to meditation!!! Everyone can do it, just need to prioritize things to arrange the time for meditation daily!

Hello, I listened to this video for a few minutes trying to meditate, relax or whatever state I could achieve to help me keep my mind off of things. Recently I've been in a horrid depressive state and experienced anxiety episodes. I've felt lost and like I could never achieve true love and peace. yet, as I only attempted to free my mind for a moment of wordly aspects and worries, i tried to picture a lotus flower on each hand then suddenly visualized light in some hands placed over a lap in lotus position. i could not clearly think of them as my own but this brought me a sudden feeling of comfort. I now thought peace and love was at hand and achievable. i began to cry and sob for having a sudden moment of clarity and beauty after having felt so lost in my depression. The images themselves make me want to leave and find peace just how the monks do, as close to nature as possible living off only the necessary. I dont know if this is a weird experience but I felt I had to share. I thank you for putting this video together. much blessings to everyone behind this channel and video. thank you.

I just started meditating. Only do 15 - 20 minutes at a time. It's funny, when my 15 - 20 minute timer goes off the first thing I think is "not really sure where I was, but it sure was a nice peaceful place":):)
Hi I have the honor today to listen to this godlike present. I was led to this and I know why. This opens my heart and connects me with my past lifes again. Like the avatar (please don't laugh, I mean this serious) I was walking my way till I reach wisdom. Till i can enter my own spirit world, which means our all spirit world. And finally I feel the bridge again. The connection is so strong and full of light... It's amazing how I can feel... The message their peaceful vibes break through my conscioussness and touch my chakras. I feel strong but peaceful. I want to lead this World to new light and new piece. But everyone see's his way and has to accept his lessons, his losts and wins. Because this is the circle of life... Lose more than you win because in every thing in our life is a hidden hint. You "lose" more than you "win" (f.e. money) because you will learn to find independence of your spirit. So it's never to late to join this light- and wonderful way

I've been listening to this every day for about a week. I am so pleased that it's got back to meditating every day. It's so wonderfully calming.It's a fabulous start to my evening and clears my mind of the day's clutter. I wish I could record or buy it, so I could listen without being connected, especially when travelling. Thank you to whoever produces this.

I've heard different kinds of meditation music but I must confess, this one truly did the trick. I achieved a new state of peace and rejuvenation meditating to these sounds, it was as if though I were a child and everything was new and enjoyable again, thank you for posting this.

I was meditating to this while very tired. And about an Hour in I felt something open up deep in my ears as I felt my hearing heighten, my body was locked in place and then I could hear a loud frequency in my skull. It felt amazing as if my brain was being massaged and healed by the frequencies in this video. I just wish I wouldn’t of gotten scared and snapped myself out of it.

I just started meditating. Only do 15 - 20 minutes at a time. It's funny, when my 15 - 20 minute timer goes off the first thing I think is "not really sure where I was, but it sure was a nice peaceful place":):)
Hi I have the honor today to listen to this godlike present. I was led to this and I know why. This opens my heart and connects me with my past lifes again. Like the avatar (please don't laugh, I mean this serious) I was walking my way till I reach wisdom. Till i can enter my own spirit world, which means our all spirit world. And finally I feel the bridge again. The connection is so strong and full of light... It's amazing how I can feel... The message their peaceful vibes break through my conscioussness and touch my chakras. I feel strong but peaceful. I want to lead this World to new light and new piece. But everyone see's his way and has to accept his lessons, his losts and wins. Because this is the circle of life... Lose more than you win because in every thing in our life is a hidden hint. You "lose" more than you "win" (f.e. money) because you will learn to find independence of your spirit. So it's never to late to join this light- and wonderful way
believing in Jesuchrist you are saved romans 10 : 9 and 10 , st jhon 3 : 16 ...
believe in the place where you are the salvation is a gift by grace ...

I've been listening to this every day for about a week. I am so pleased that it's got back to meditating every day. It's so wonderfully calming.It's a fabulous start to my evening and clears my mind of the day's clutter. I wish I could record or buy it, so I could listen without being connected, especially when travelling.

I was having an anxiety attack but once I began listening to this I slowly began calming down.
I hear you, just keep letting go. Every time the disturbance comes up, allow it and fall back behind it. You keep doing this and one day you'll reach the other side of it. Best of luck to you buddy. Wish you the best.

I've heard different kinds of meditation music but I must confess, this one truly did the trick. I achieved a new state of peace and rejuvenation meditating to these sounds, it was as if though I were a child and everything was new and enjoyable again, thank you for posting this.

I was meditating to this while very tired. And about an Hour in I felt something open up deep in my ears as I felt my hearing heighten, my body was locked in place and then I could hear a loud frequency in my skull. It felt amazing as if my brain was being massaged and healed by the frequencies in this video. I just wish I wouldn’t of gotten scared and snapped myself out of it.

Peter Futo I'm feeling some sad with it, and I see that as this music allowing the sadness that is in me to come up to be felt & seen. I know it will only sound sad, or whatever, to me when that is what is in me, waiting to be sat with, to be present with, to be healed, released, made whole, allowed to breathe and to exist... without judgment.
