I'm not quite sure if anybody else has said this but if not, you're supposed to mold those teeth guards to your teeth by sticking them in boiling water for a few minutes and then biting down on them and then putting the gel inside the little indents that your teeth have made after it has cooled. That way it perfectly forms to your teeth and the whitening Ken be the most effective.

Only dentists are legally allowed to whiten teeth. As they use a percentage of peroxide which is safe and whitens your teeth. Anything sold in shops is so low in percent that it really does nothing. Also shouldn't whiten your teeth if you have gum disease, decay or existing fillings. Please people see your dentist
If you have any fillings it wont whiten those as it can only whiten enamel. So if you have any fillings on your front teeth then it wont whiten and people can have there teeth look patchy 🙈
Yeh and if it's too long cut the back that's what we do with our gum shields in football

Primark isn’t all that tbh. Some of the quality is a bit rubbish as it’s so cheap. You guys can get amazing clothes at the thrift stores which is something we don’t have in England 🙃

I've noticed primark clothing has improved slightly quality wise in the last few years.
"I can't be allergic to anything in natural skin care"..."natural" & "clean" skin care products really doesn't mean anything. It's a marketing tactic to get you to buy their products over other competing brands. most people are more allergic to the ingredients in natural products than with synthetic
atural ingredients. Especially for people with sensitive skin. Just FYI 😉
Was looking for this comment 😊 I dunno why people are surprised that natural products (and yes, that is even the truly 'natural ones', not just the marketing ploys) cause a reaction when there are millions of people allergic to bees or pollen or various foods (all natural!)
I am allergic to the new like clean skin foundation from cover girl. I’m also allergic to the foundation from Milani that everyone’s obsessed with. I also watch a RUclipsr named Alexandria who also had a reaction to the clean skin cover girl foundation. I don’t trust any “clean” “natural” ingredient products because I react worse to those than anything else.

Sophie, individual lashes work best when you get multiple lengths or just use short ones for volume (honestly, on smaller eyes the short version looks long enough anyway). I think it looks slightly off because you just stuck a couple of long ones on the outer corner and that's why it looks slightly 'whoville' 😊
RedhairedBallerina I can back this up as a woman with a qualification in beauty (especially lashes). You can also use the different lengths throughout the lash line. Like use the short ones as you go towards the inner corner😊

Agreed! On the 2nd eye she put them too far out and not upright enough which just made her eye look droopy. It looked so good on the first eye!

Sometimes “all natural” products can be just as harsh or even harsher than other products, I also have really sensitive skin and Every plant based and entirely natural product I’ve tried has given me horrible reactions:/

My skin loves african black soap, aloë vera, rosewater and rosehip oil. I have very oily skin that is prone to breaking out
When you use a cleansing balm, just take a small scrape of it with the back of your nail.... much quicker than constantly rubbing the balm. I wonder if that makes sense 🤔

If you want to get into wearing gloss, you should try lip oils because you seem to like lip balm and they feel very similar on the lips. They aren’t sticky and feel just like Vaseline on. Love ya xx

I went out and bought the make up removing flannels after seeing this video. I used one tonight and it worked so well and was so soft. Much prefer it to scrubbing my skin with face wipes! Thanks for the recommendation sophie xx

I’ve been using them face cloths for a few months now. They work really well & you can just put them in the wash after using them! I have quite sensitive skin, and these have really helped! Less product to use removing makeup. They’re also great to travel with. :)

I use those no-product makeup remover cloths from Primark all the time (I have the mini ones), I love them! 😁 I just wash them with hand soap after using them and hang them to dry, and after a few uses I throw them in the washing machine for a deeper clean 😁 Also, don't forget to double cleanse when you remove your makeup with an oil/balm cleanser - removing makeup and cleansing your skin are two separate steps! 😁

the primer water was a dupe of the smashbox primer water and I always put before, during and after makeup, helped melt all the products together ❤️
..and if you mess up on your contour take your beauty blender that you blended your foundation with and go over the areas that are too much. It'll tone it down a lot! 😘 love you girly💕

tip for when you do induvial lashes make sure they is nothing on your eyelashes so they stick for the time (4-6 weeks) and get small one as well as long to do gradient on the eyes it will give a really lovely effect on you. Love the video and all the rest of your content. not trying to be hateful, just wanted to give you recommendations so you can get the best look from the eyelashes.

I always take my time applying my individual lashes, and then if you are careful around your eyes you can literally wear them for a few days without touching them up. So convenient for my lazy self, as there is also absolutely no need for mascara when you wear them. I do think it depends on the glue brand if you can wear them for multiple days, mine mention it in the application instructions, and it works like a charm😊
I actually love that lip gloss on you! Such a pretty colour. I’m way too pale for it but it’s so pretty that if I lived near a Primark I might have been tempted anyway 🤭 looks lovely on you though!

Love these types of videos. The primer water is also good as a setting powder or to use in between your makeup routine to make it look less powdery. I’m not sure if it makes makeup last longer but it definitely helps your makeup to look better and is light on the skin.

You can use that primer water as setting spray it’s a dube of the smash box primer water I use that as a make up refresher throughout the day! Xx

I use that eyebrow pencil everyday in dark brown and it doesn't come out that dark on me? it's my favorite pencil

with the teeth whitening thing, as if you were fitting a gum shield, get a mug of boiling water and drop it in for five seconds, then put it in your mouth and push it into your teeth so it moulds, and then do it again and again until it fits properly xx

I use the face cloths for taking my makeup off I just use warm water on them and it's the best it's so soft and reusable & yes I've always wanted to try the revolution skin care but it's very hit and miss with me cause I have dry skin and when brands say the products for dry skin and I use it, it does nothing for me 😂 like the new revolution foundation that literally says for dry skin, my dry skin was showing through it like a sore thumb ☹️

The gum shield - put it in boiling water just for about 3 seconds until you see it start to warp shape, take it out and put it in your mouth. Dont bite too hard, just firm. Suck a little bit to get any air bubbles out and wait until it cools. That will help it fit better :-)

I got that primer water a couple years ago. It just seemed to hydrate my skin before makeup which is great because I have dry skin

The chance for you actually reading this is really really small, but I’ll still try. When wearing makeup it is a good idea to double cleanse. 1. Cleanse is removing your makeup and sunscreen with a oil cleanser and the 2. Cleanse is actually cleansing your face. This is typically a gel/foam or whatever cleanser. In that way you really clear your face for makeup and just your skin.

The oil in the oil cleanser breaks down the foundation and sunscreen, so you allow your next cleanser to actually go into your skin and cleanse (your skin)
