For this film I used my drone (Dji Mavic Mini) and my old camera which was a Nikon D5600 (not the best camera for video but at the time I was just moving more into film making from photography) but I now use a Sony A7iv which is perfect for both video and photos I think! I also edit my work using DaVinci Resolve Studio☺️
Quite a nice attempt, the visual design is at least going in the right direction. However, Tim Burton's characters have a lot of depth, and this is an aspect that unfortunarely is completely missing here.
@@Waldemar_la_Tendresse This wasn’t supposed to be a Tim Burton replica, it was inspired by Tim Burtons film making style, the dark to bright colour palettes, gothic overtones, his love for making the no longer living seem almost human like again, fantasy style. However, I value your opinion on that matter.
@@PeculiarProductions. That may have sounded more negative than it was meant to be. However, I think that when you put such a big name in your mouth, it simply brings obligations with it. Otherwise you can leave such names out completely, then it doesn't smack of free-riding.
@@Waldemar_la_Tendresse I understand that, this was 2 years ago when I was studying media production and it was my first real film I made completely alone, we had to choose a director that we were inspired by their film making style, I reposted a new edit so it won’t have been clear in this title but I’m still very proud of it as it wasn’t easy doing everything alone from filming, directing, editing and attempting to act in it as I’m no professional and had no experienced actors or aspiring actors to help at the time. I completely understand your point though. I’m all about improving and bettering my film making skills
