Thanks so much for your play through, it really made things a lot easier to understand. The GMT rule book overwhelms me with so much text. I will try this out tomorrow. It looks a great game.
Thanks so much for this video! I really enjoyed it. Your narration brought the game to life. I'm sorry you lost, but I noticed a few rule misunderstandings that made the game a bit harder than it should have been. You actually won your first by-election. As the by-election card says, you round off the Election Projections before comparing that to your MP Tracker (which is also rounded off). So Peel should have had one more Standing point which means he was actually tied with Gladstone for Standing when you took him off the board. If you had also played your Bonetta Supporter Card for a Favour point, Peel could have stayed in the game for at least another round. Next, when you held your first election and drew a -4 Uncertainty Card, that penalty should have been applied to the number of seats you were getting (C.11.1), not your Popularity Points--so that penalty was not as severe as it seemed and Salisbury should have had 340 MPs, not 330. (As C.11.1 says, you never move the marker on the Election Projections during the Election Phase.) In the next round, you said that the parties should be tied in Popularity points and you deducted another 4 Popularity Points from your party--but I couldn't see any reason for this. If you were thinking that the PM change reset the Election Projections, that's not the case. So for the rest of the game, you were down 8 Popularity Points from where you were supposed to be. I'm not sure if these misunderstandings would have changed this from a loss to a win, but it would have at least made the game closer. Anyway, thanks again for the video and I hope you try your luck again! Best, Paul

Thanks Paul. I will review the mistakes.
The card holder you’re using is brilliant! What was its original purpose? Would love to pick one up
I believe those are business card holders. I've seen them used in other games before. :)
