I'm so so impressed with how well they behave even though it's their first time staying in a hotel and going for a buffet meal! My kids will definitely jump on the bed first thing they enter the room😅. Gotta pray really hard for such a well behaved manner for my kids❤

Hello Kurkinens. We ride bicycle in a reserved forest name FRIM. This place is shady and cooling. You will amazed with this place as there are waterfall, sky walking, jogging and hiking trails and also camping spot too. I still remember Taiwan Lu Wei as how the stall displayed varieties of dishes. I wish I have more than one stomach so I can eat all at a time 😂. I love having offal. Can’t wait for your next video.

首先我們可以找一個牆面身體稍微扶著，臀部坐在坐墊上，將腳跟放在踏板上，將踏板轉動到最低點（大約是6點鐘的方向)，踏到最低點時膝蓋正好打直，調整好高度後在試著用腳掌(拇指球)踩踏看看，正確的高度膝蓋應是自然的微微彎曲，膝關結最佳彎曲角度為30度左右，如果剛開始不習慣這樣的高度，可以試著降低個2~4公分，等較為適應後再將高度拉回正常😊
