Sned (One By One, Health Hazard, to name a few) on drums, if i´m not mistaken. Not sure if he is still around but he was definitely a great punk rock drummer back in the 90´s.
Wrong spy, this was young lad Murry Briggs on drums, who's been back on their drum stool for a few years now and hasn't aged a day. Not sure if Sned played on any of their records, but drummed for them on a couple of tours the year after this release...got some live tapes he's on and all the songs are played at breakneck speed, brilliant stuff! Sned is doing a distro called Amorphous Pieces who specialise in punk rock jigsaws of old anarcho punk artwork and books etc. Groovy!
