You can actually counter the Divine Lasso. Just not the melee part, only when the user fires off the needle-shaped Ki Blasts if they couldn't reach you. It did say that it counters Ki Blast based attacks. Opposite to the God Breaker which counters Strike based attacks. Don't know why it says "pose to stop a Strike attack" for Change The Future in the first sentence when it has the same text for God Breaker.

It works on Spirit Sword (which is a Strike ultimate). So it can work on certain strike ultimates.
