More specifically said bosozoku usually make their bike as flashy as possible, especially with elevated windshield. I think the, somewhat, weird looking bike in the picture was making her think of that part.

The bosozoku kinda of have the image of delinquent youth on bikes and as apart from what HerrHick said, they also used to like hanging around on and near their bikes in places like convenience store car parks looking imposing etc. There used to be a lot out in Ibaraki when I lived there when younger but I don't really see them like that these days.

Living in the Philippines then seeing this a few months back, and i never expected that this video is the one that made me fall into the rabbit hole.
Imma be honest here. As a Filipino, our country is not as clean as other countries are and we aren't that educated and mist of us are suffering from poverty. But, there's always a good side of every country, our country has welcoming guests, and if you're from a different country you'll get famous really easily even if your just Walking around lol and then there's wonderful sights in our country like Boracay, Chocolate hill, Banaue, Taal Volcane etc. So fellow Filipinos, please stop throwing shade at our country and actually help in making it better. I'm not saying that metro manila is a place for the bad, rather, it has many citizen that* *MAY* *disappoint you. So to be safe, pick provinces. There, lies different indigenous people, and surely, those places has much more hospitable citizens than what metro manila has.*

It's our people's trait of exhibiting global validation. We kind of show signs of insecurity to our breed or country, we have some kind of inferiority complex. That's why a little recognition from outside, makes us jizz our pants. Well it somehow is uwittingly becoming natural for us to behave like this. Just think of it like this, we've been trashed and trampled on by many outsiders before, scaling to centuries, to eras of ages, we've always been the losers and picked on by stronger bullies, and some of them spared us caused they think we are too pitiable of a nation. We've always been categorized as servant people or second rate workers since colonial times and might be till this very day. Unconsciously, it's embedded to our minds that we want acknowledgement. Ffs, we even lick the feet of those poser, youtube vloggers, acting like they know or like our country, just for some false-praises or little recognition.
