Your not letting anyone down ! We all have our moments. The good thing is you don’t give up you get right back up and go for it 💪🏼 I’m also trying to get some pounds off and it’s been a struggle! I work out and eat better that dam scale isn’t going down I get on it hoping to see a change and nothing ! So then I want to give up . I know it takes a while the point is to keep going don’t stop if we fall out of it for a little it’s ok just get back on it and keep pushing . I just keep telling myself I’m going to get the body I want it just takes a little time just don’t give up no matter how hard it get or if things come up and really can’t make the time that day the next day get moving .
Exercising is a process nothing wrong with taking a break😂😂

She ain't lyin....I am a Disney Cast Photographer, at Animal Kingdom, and it's been ridiculously hot outside, and no matter how much we drink water, and take cover for shade, it doesn't help!!! The heat has been outta control lately, and we're just now about to officially hit "Summer" on the 21st! We be bout to fall out, out there in all that heat taking pictures of folks!! Haha! 😩😂
