Filson Panel Air Filter: How to Conduct Air Resistance Experiment

Panel air filter, also known as primary filter, is composed of a frame and filter media, effectively removing dust, sand, flour, and other impurities from air. It meets the basic filtration needs of air or is used downstream for fine filtration in conjunction with other filters.
Common filter media include glass fiber, synthetic fabrics, activated carbon, etc. Filson’s plate air filter boasts a capture efficiency of over 90% for impurities in air (particles above 3μm).
In this video, Filson employs a resistance tester to conduct tests on plate air filter after production. The test observes how pressure differentials change with increasing airflow and explores the performance of filter under high airflow conditions. It can withstand airflow rates of up to 3000m³/h and demonstrate excellent filtration efficiency for impurities above 3μm in air.
