You know, you don’t get that many idol groups out there who are still so down to earth despite already debuting for 5 years. At the initial stages of exploration, BTOB made some pretty amazing upbeat songs like Beep Beep, You’re so Fly - you can see them striving hard to stay relevant in face of some pretty tough competition eg. EXO, BAP. But after losing out on the competition there, they decided to go with their hearts and stick true to what they love doing - Ballads. Winning awards didn’t matter anymore. All they wanted to do was produce good music to repay their fans. And yeap, I guess that the sincerity that they’ve displayed, through their songs and their actions won the public over. Moral of the story, life is not always about a rat race. Sometimes, being true to what you are and what you love can too produce spectacular results. Over the course of the past 5 years, I’ve love and loved many groups. Dropped most if not all of them already. And as you can see, I’m a Carat now. Despite me tryna be ‘single fandom’, BTOB and Melodies will always have a special place in my heart. There’s just something about self-producing idols that keeps me yearning for more. Don’t sleep on talent! I don’t know when the day will come, but one day - I know it’s nearing, I would love to see BTOB dominating the world stage with their extraordinary talent.

I'm not even into kpop male groups, but this song made me cry. I just remembered and missed my life back in 2019, before covid took away everything from me (family, friends, job, money, hopes and dreams) and now 3 years later I'm still trying to start over and it's been hard every single day. The emotion of this song just hits me damn hard.
