I think they styled themselves, ive never seen a stylist maybe for like big performance showcase they have a hair and makeup team but i think mostly they style themself
They've said they use the downtime when getting makeup to do some stuff like read webtoons, so pretty sure they have professionals style them whenever they are going to be on camera/public
There's full vods for most of their past broadcasts, including both of their appearances with Charming Jo. They're just hard to find since fans don't reupload stuff that was taken down to public platforms like youtube (understandably).

there's no VOD, it's Unarchived streaming for qwer karaoke
