Hi Dr. cameo, can you help me get the parts im in dubai i just brought the machine in 1/1/2025 and the part broke (the right side one) mine the display is on the right, so the moving pitch is on the right, ive try to check with the shop i brought and they refuse to change they said warranty only cover power issue please help me 😩

Is there somewhere I can access the design? I think this may be the part I need! It seems like a common problem with Cameo 5. I used mine for a short time before the wheel broke. Thanks.
In several places there are cases of breakage of this piece. But in some countries they are being given a new machine and in others they don't want it. I have made this solution because in my country the distributor thinks that it has been damaged by the user. I have made the design of the piece with a 3D designer and I have invested in manufacturing test pieces until I reached the latter, in total I have invested about USD 90, I would not sell the design because then it is leaked and they end up giving it away for USD 1 on the networks. Once I finish seeing that everything is fine, I plan to sell the printed pieces.
Mine broke after 2 weeks, distribtor shipped new machine and it broke after 4 days... reseller shipped another replacement but if this will fail again, I will simply replace it with other brand.

También me pasó lo mismo, con el tercer corte en la Cameo 5... Reporté el daño a la tienda donde la compre la máquina y me cambiaron la máquina

Se rompió mi rodillo pensé que solo a mí entonces es falla de la silhouette cameo 5
