Enemas should only be used when absolutely necessary. I usually give him diet and medicine (lactulose). However, recently he has been reluctant to take medicine and has had very poor bowel movements. The owner should also provide a small planting of grass for the cat to eat, so that it does not become constipated. Giving the cat the oil from a can of tuna on a weekly basis is also good, and it is healthy for the cat's fur.

However, we use enemas as a last resort if his symptoms prevent him from having a bowel movement for a week. The owner consulted a veterinarian for advice. not often
It broke my heart to hear this poor and beautiful cat suffer so and sob like a baby. I don't doubt her love but surely a vet might sedate or partly sedate?
Owner has no training on how or when to do this, nor how to prevent constipation in cats. She sits there holding the enema bottle in after she has finished emptying it. Notice that veterinarians do *not* do this. She is physically and psychologically torturing this cat.
This cat looks miserable and defeated. I wonder how often, and why, the owner is doing this to her pet. Notice how the cat struggles and complains. It clearly does not like this.

私は､偶にささみを茹でた汁をあげてます。結構飲んでくれます。
便秘の薬は慣れてきたら､あまり効かなくなり増えますからね。猫もそうなんですね。
とにかく便秘は辛いですからね。プルーンのヨーグルトを､少しだったら食べさせてもいいみたいです。
気にしてあげてるみたいですから、もちくんは感謝をしてると思います♪
人間でも浣腸5分耐えるのはかなり厳しいのに猫ちゃん頑張ってるんだな…

It's a job for a ,qualified veterinarian under part sedation. You can see the pain that poor cat suffered and it was abusive!

浣腸液入れるのは3分かけなくてもいいのですが、ゆっくり入れさえすれば大丈夫です。
ただ浣腸液入れてからは2-3分くらい待てると便がきれいに出やすいと獣医さんに教えていただいたので、できるだけ待つようにやっています。いずれにせよ猫にとっては辛いことなので、できるだけ浣腸しない方向で頑張っておりますが...ただ最終手段は浣腸です😓
ずっと入れっぱなしにして、漏らし始めたら、ズコズコとピストンしまくれば、おもしろそう。
