Is this a hobby for you or do you work in the AI space in Australia?

Doesn't seem easier than almost anything, except typing out each invoice manually. One could create a template in excel and pull in clients information from a lookup table based on a given code, you could enter the date, calculate due date, enter the quantity, description, calculate item prices, add the column. Print to pdf. AI needs the client information and one can't be entering it every time. We need to have it in a database/table and have AI pull it. We need to have a pre-designed template and have AI place the text in it. And this is for creating invoices one a time, apparently one per week. What if you need to print 50 invoices at end of the month? I'm looking for uses, but this kind of thing is not worth it. May need to look at different AI tools to see which can accomplish more with just one prompt.

Thanks! I have been using Perplexity Free next to my subs to Copilot Pro and ChatGPT Plus, and Perplexity has been, at times, more helpful for research and finding relevant sources online. My field is academia/engineering, so accurate information is more critical than creative writing. Also appreciate that tip about prompt generation.

How does it "read" the drawings? I noticed in your example, the room dimensions are shown in the middle of each room. That just doesn't happen in real life. You never get handed information like that, you have to measure the rooms/services yourself. That's where the real time suck is. I imagine that when it can't find/interpret information it will add $0 to your quote, so you end up with a quote you have to thoroughly review to find what it's missed
