No. They all follow the rotation of the Sun. Some comets and asteroids are retrograde however.

You can create similar drawings using some geometry program, I have done so using GeoGebra. Make 2 circles with same center but different radius, draw a dot on both circles, set them at different animation speeds, draw a line from one dot to another, make the line to leave a print, start animation and wait. By adjusting the animation speeds of the dots you can get different patterns.
