Been suffering for like 10 yrs now. It really is a struggle for me to live everyday most especially if I have to travel. I couldn't even enjoy a simple bus ride once it reaches 80 km/h cause my fear will cause physical symptoms such as shortness of breath, tightness in my chest, and dizziness. I also never tried riding a roller coaster or any fast moving amusement park rides. What's more ironic is that, I am a Psych student and yet, here I am. I am hoping I'll recover soon once I'm capable and can afford therapy. For anyone who's experiencing the same thing, just know you're not alone. 🫂
I’m experiencing the same thing it’s heartbreaking 💔
@@ily82h I'm sorry to hear that. Did you seek professional help?
I got the opposide there is never enough speed
really?
@@handnhappyandnice yeah I love Adrenalin
Something people who love themselves. They do not suffer from this. 😂
I have tachophobia, I feel like something is compressing my chest .
how do you cope or manage your condition?
Now I know, hindi ko lang talaga maintindihan yong feeling when it comes to using computer. Takot ako pumasok sa computer lab, offices, any room na may computer😩Manginginig ako sa takot. What I always feel also is loneliness and depression since I was very young due to family issue. I'm lack of emotional support etc, from my parents.
how do you deal with your condition?
Greetings. It seems like I have that psychological disorder, which developed based on hypochondria. That doesn't include the sun only, but every bright light, particularly in movies and video games. I can tell you how exactly it developed. I was extremely afraid to die from the rabbis virus after a few accidental contacts with unknown dogs, even though my skin didn't seem to be damaged. Above everything I was terrified with the light-related symptoms of that disease. I mean a part when sick people are closed in the dark rooms because virus forces them to avoid any light. What happened next? I went too far with my anxiety and evelated it into phobia. The final punch came when I got a heavy food poisoning with a bad symptoms and decided those synonyms came from a dog incident. It's hard to explain, but I kind of psychologically convinced myself that I should be afraid of the light, even though physically I had no reason to do so. All of the above took place 1 year ago, but I still feel anxiety and uncomfortable feelings in my legs looking directly at the bright light, whether it's the sun or the graphics effects on PC monitor. It doesn't force me to run and hide, but the feeling of permanent anxiety is very very hard. I also thought about those symptoms being in fact an epilepsy (the photosensitive one). But I don't feel anything close to a convulsions, the fundamental part of any epilepsy, so... unlikely. Maybe I should visit the according diagnostic to be totally sure. But no, flashing lights, as well as bright light, didn't knock me out at all, just made me uncomfortable. And what do you think about all of that brother?
do you have a plan of consulting a mental health specialist?
@handnhappyandnice Not immediately. I consider two options. First - wait and try to improve my lifestyle as much as possible. More activity, both physical and mental. It must help to defeat the fears. Second - I can conduct the encephalogram diagnostic. It can detect both mental and psychological disorders of the central nervous system, and exclude or confirm a lot of things. Only after stages 1 and 2, I can go to the mental specialist, if neither of those really work and if it's evident that I am dealing with a serious phobia, unmanageable without visiting psychotherapist.
@@Erwin-u5r feel free to update us of your treatment.
That’s weird
It's great to see a family that had no noble title or government position or whatever make an honest living and a good life for themselves.
I HAVE A REASON OK-
How can we cure this ??
Nice to see it once again.. what about the LINA WORLD?❤❤❤
Also spectophobia (Also a fear of mirrors) for other reasons i believe
I have a different fear...while the vehicle starts moving and accelerating at higher pace i feel anxious 😰 but subsequently i feel at peace even at higher speeds
Meron ako nito Lalo na pag mag take off na ang eroplano.
Same😭
Yo someone please help me with this I'm fucking terrified of old, dead, wide or tall trees especially African ones but for some reason I can't resist looking at them I feel scared when I'm under trees in the garden or if there's an oak tree when I'm on a walk in the field:(
They're freaky. And doorways too, especially at night We don't like ghosts or demons, is why. Not because we're ugly. They can get through from there!
How strange.
Love fukuoka❤
Great video! I’m visiting there next month, any recommendation for good local restaurants and place to buy local goods?

My dumbass though this was video FOR Papyrophobes. 🥲😬
do u have this condition?
Everything in the comment is related to me 😿
how do you manage your condition?
Glad there is this video I have suffered this phobia since i was a child but its been hard to explain to people and I wish people could experience what I actually feel when I get these attacks. I've never been able to drive because of this and people constantly hound me to do so as if its no big thing. Why would I wanna spend money on an car, park and insurance to do something that is basically torture for me? Usually if im a passenger I have to sleep or keep myself distracted otherwise it feels like my hearts is being ripped out of my chest.
do you have a plan of consulting a mental health specialist?
I have botanophobia, well, maybe, I hate flowers and plants in general. Im not very fearful of plants, for say, but it makes me uneasy. Sometimes just having a plant on a trail that i dont like will make me turn around, especially if its poisonous like a giant hogweed or digitalis/foxglove especially. But for the most part, if they arent scary or make me ancy (Like a very short plant with a small flower) I get very curious, but i still take a lot of caution towards it. I dont think it will spread illness or its unclean, infact I think its very neat to have plants in nature, but my body natually doesnt like plants, and anything other than grass or trees or anything like that can make me want to leave. When im hiking with my family, there is this big arch with flowers and some vines are hanging down with flowers. Now, this wont harm me, and the logic side of my brain says I wont get hurt from it, but I tend to make myself as aerodynamic as possible (sounds silly i know) and bolt through there until im at a 'safe distance'. But then there are plants i just CANT STAND. Digitalis is one of them, as its poisonous on every part of it, with bell shaped flowers in a spiraling corn cob type pattern around it. Its so bad that its named the "Dead man's bells" or the "Witches gloves" due to its hallucinative and potentionally deadly/very uncomfortable nature. Giving that this plant grows EVERYWHERE in washington state, I hate this plant SO MUCH. Fortunately ive never seen a giant hogweed, but its not very helpful that i got stun by another poisonous plant in washington, on a vacation, eeh. I dont really know how it started, but i think i was about four when my brother ~7 years old told me a plant near my house was carnivorous. Its an orange plant with black fading stripes, with 1 or 2 leaves the length of half an adult turtle. This withers away in the winter, and maybe blossoms in the summer. It really just depends. Im not sure of this is how it happened, but this was the first time i remember being afraid of plants for over a month.
thank you for sharing your situation. by the way, do you have any plan of consulting a mental health specialist to confirm your condition?
