Scrap rat and pack rat are absolutely NOT the same thing. As the words say, one is for the scrapped materials, the other is for junk that has not already been scrapped

Even if your low level have ALOT of heals, find PA(if necessary) join a daily ops team with high lvls( do not be scared) stay around them DO NOT try to prove yourself. Run Daily Op uplink,w/scorched, melee final blows repeat 3-5 times have 1000’s of ammo

This is where you get the caravan back back and the Blue ridge mask and outfit. I've never gotten it without getting all the blueridgesupply crates and keeping the Brahmin alive.

I have "learned 6-7 things like Anti-Armor, Quad, Vanguard, etc but 5 of them show as non-available when I try to use them at the crafting benches. Also, it appears on certain days that no matter how many legendary items you scrap you get nothing, zero learned and zero mods. I base that on scrapping over 150 mainly three star items and getting nothing whatsoever on Friday 6th. I've written to Bethesda and they just send a form letter to rebot you system. I am on the PS5 platform and wonder if Bethesda/Microsoft is doing this and the freezing on PS5 (still happens multiple times a day after the "fix") in order to try and move folks to their xBox which isn't going to happen.

You can get X-Cell from Del Walsh, who is the medical vendor at Nuka-World. Makes sure you have at least 8 Charisma before speaking to him and do not pick the Trade option, instead interact with him. Go through all of the dialogue options and eventually you get a prompt to ask him about his "side business" where the very first thing is X-Cell for 100 caps You can only get it once, but if you server hop it is available each time Great video, it's good to see the scrapping in action

You can get both blood bags and exal in Atlanta after event drops 2 exal and 1 to 2 blood bags

Over time this will be better for long term player not so much for traders

i don't use that garbage gun i need 2mm for the minigun period. i wish it was as common as 5mm i only use heavy guns as do alooootttt of us,

Dude! You got Arms Keeper!! That’s a massively valuable one, if only this was the live game. But needing a Small Arms bobblehead to craft? I bet the weapon weight boxes will go for over 20,000 caps, especially with that extreme limiting factor.

1% / 5% is pretty much what I’m seeing everywhere. I’m just wondering if there’s a difference between 1 star and 3 star items. Is it like a 1% chance to learn the 1 star plan or to learn any of the 3 star plans, or is each star rolled separately? I’d assumed the former but saw someone say they’d heard they’re rolled separately. As for pre-stocking items, I dunno. Might be years before you learn the plan you want. But I guess too, if you normally carry around 1,000 aid items, it’d be best to hoard the ones that are used and sell the rest.

So glad all my hoarding of random stuff will be awarded in the new update LOL

I guess as an endgame player, this is a good thing. We're ready for a new type of grinding with purpose. I dont know about the new players. But maybe they'll enjoy it too. I'm looking for a specific FFR and 90WR and I believe I can get them by mass crafting the latest new scythe weapon to get a very good chance of legendary mod. So I'm pretty happy about that. I also already have a pretty good SS set (most got two legendaries that I want), I just need to decide what's my definition of perfect set and I'll work from there. Thx for the video
