More than music, Bantunani is above all an adventure, the will of a man to constantly unite around him musicians from all walks of life to draw a sound, a thought, and a nomadic groove that caresses times, languages and styles. We gladly rub shoulders with soul, funk, R&B or Afrobeat in a universe where the guitars themselves cannot be confined to a few spaces behind subtly arranged choirs when at any second, the native rumba can make a volcanic eruption. Listening to Bantunani implies freedom, a total absence of borders and a certain love of human music colored with a humanist message. Behind the vindictive and melancholy pen, this hides the gaze of Michel Nzau, instigator of the afrogroove, he carries this multi-ethnic project whose essence remains acoustics if not live. Rare are the artists whose music, indefinable and sensually African, invites you to dance, to reflect and to meet.
