Arena Breakout is arcadish imo, yes it is realistic but not as much as Tarkov. And idk if it has micro-transactions like other chinese games. Unlike Tarkov which has gotten way better in the past couple of months. China is losing their market value in mobile industry as everyone is switching from mobile to pc(in south-east asia) and that's probably why they are porting some of their titles into steam. The thing that sucks is that they steal game ips. Instead of making something entirely from their ideas.

Tarkov is much more playable now after the recoil issue being fixed. there are more changes like side plates and stuffs which I don't remember but you can look up for those easily. cheaters may never be gone cuz it has been paying the devs. Stealing ips? lol Look around, they are copying from tarkov. They recently even announced a titanfall like game which is another ip steal.
