After changing pretty much everything else, we've decided it's probably an issue with the control board. Since those are not in stock, I'm waiting for Robo to figure out what they are going to do to get me a working printer. They've been very helpful.

Joseph Everhart hey! Did they fix that? I was thinking to buy one but now I’m not sure.

@@swiftMyDay This is not my video I only commented. However I do have a Robo R2 and though it's a decent machine, I think you can find something of equal or possibly better performance in a much lower price range. They never have implemented the dual extuder in their software even though they have the hardware installed. I've also read the company is struggling which makes this a risky investment as far as replacement parts and support. That being said there is a decent community where people such as WheresWaldo offer alternative software options and such. I bought mine used for less than half the retail price and feel i could have done better for less than that. I can't recommend purchasing this. Sorry Robo I'm just being honest.

@@swiftMyDay, I would not buy another R2, simply because it is difficult to replace some of the parts that seem to regularly break. It's also very difficult to get some of those parts, like the pogo board used with the removable bed. Their new printer, the E3, looks much more robust. Robo has great support, though, and have been very helpful!
