These videos are a real blessing. I can't always be there so I like watching from home when I can. Please pray for me, I have been in constant pain for at least a week without a break. I am having a very difficult time.
So I watched your video and I have some issues with it.You talk about people feeling uneasy on the topic of slavery and they should as human ownership is disgusting immoral and evil. You did not explain the difference to the people watching between Hebrew and non-Hebrew slaves . Non-Hebrew slaves were slaves for life. They were not released after six years or the year of jubilee . they were not repaying any form of debt they were chattel slaves. their children were slaves. Any newborn automatically became a slave, and this continued for generation after generation. Leviticus 25:44-46 New International Version 44 “‘Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. 45 You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. 46 You can bequeath them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly. I am sorry, but I truly believe that the God of the Bible endorsed slavery and provided a set of instructions on how it shall be carried out . One person owning another person as their property is immoral it was then and it still is today . Thank you Sir !
