Cool, but where's the rest?
Good question. Though part of me, a big part, enjoys listening to chunks of the piece. It’s so long for a solo piano composition. And think of the poor pianist. Man, the endurance and virtuosity is demands is a killer.
This remind me a good time in Jakarta ❤❤

It’s criminal how little known Godowsky’s original music is. It’s not all reworked Chopin Etudes and pieces for the left hand alone, although those pieces are very valuable for students, every pianist needs help with their left hands at some point.

Was "De tuinen van Buitenzorg" van Jan Brokken aan het lezen, wilde meer weten over de muziek van Godowsky en zie hier dat jij de Java Suite gespeeld hebt. Wat leuk Tobias!
