it activates at 5pm on easy moons, 3pm on medium moons, and 1pm on hard moons. Just like all the other enemies. And while it does seem to spot you by it's light, it does seem to spot you within like 3-5ft surrounding the light too, or if you're too close, such as being between the bot and the light, it will also spot you.
