Very interesting conversation. Definitely see the value proposition. We are doing something very similar with Capital Jetset in Puerto Rico with a few large group villas and small boutique hotel. The only thing I wonder is how it owners feel about not being able to offset their costs of owning through monetizing. Very good stuff!
