Perhaps living with Phillips took its toll! Phillips never attended his first wife's funeral!! What a rotter eh?

"Hello".....Leslie Phillips wasn't born with a cultured voice(b in Tottenham in 1925) far from it. He cultured it. His autobiography is well worth a read

Loved it that Leslie's voice still had its suave cut glass resonance! He's still very much the charmer of nice young ladies, too, though shame he didn't get to keep the fastest one! :)

Just superb - especially after about 6:50 when he gets past most of the traffic - really flying from that point on! Love it!

The track is Circuit Dijon Prenois. The name is written on the huge banner board above the track on the main straight. No idea about the event though
